Security Wizard, adding new users

Hello. I am trying to set up users and groups through the
Security Wizard. At the portion where it has you add
users, I am adding them with thier email address, but it
only allows 14 characters. How do I add users with an
email address longer than 14 characters so that Access
will recognize them when they log on?

You can't. The userid is limited to 14 characters.
