security warning - run and install this?

I inadvertently clicked "yes" rather than "no" on a
popup "security warning: do you wish to install and run
this file?"(the dislog box that contains "always trust
content from "abc co."). Its signed by thawte and
supposedly safe, but where does this install itself and
how do I remove it? thanks
