Security Warning pop ups

A few months ago my computer installed the "Windows Updates" every since then
I am getting these Security Warning pop ups. They are driving my nuts is
there any way I can turn this off?

Here is what the warning says...

Security Warning
The current Web page is trying to open a site in your Trusted sites list.
Do you want to allow this?

If I just got one I would be fine but I get multiple ones on the same page
while items download onto the page I am trying to open.

This has been happening only on Ebay if I do a "Search." I have to say it
would not be a problem if I did not sell on Ebay so I am on their site all
the time and doing searches, ect.

To top it off now it shuts down the whole internet and asks if "I want to
send an error report" I do and then click on the link to "Fix" the problem
only to be told that there is not a solution to this problem.

PLEASE there has to be!! I am about ready to toss out my PC!!
