security warning 4 packages

When I open packages containing gif/jpg screenshots in RTF file I get
security warning altho I dont if they contain urls or html.

How can I eliminate these warnings or include images in RTF without
adding 1MB/image ? I run XPhome so I've already tried setting DWORD
value name= DefaultFileTypeRisk to decimal Value= 6152 at
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Associations]

Your help is MUCH appreciated.
