How are you trying to download and install it, and what does "unable to
install" mean? Is there an error message, does the computer crash, do
your lights flicker, does the sound card laugh at you, or ????

Please be VERY specific about the problem, as there is no way for anyone
here to look over your shoulder and guess what you're seeing.

Also please verify that you're not trying to install a "security update"
you received in the mail.
