Security Update for Microsoft .Net Framework, Version 2, KB928365

I keep getting messages to upgrade with the above download and when I try I
get message at end that it was unable to do it. What is going on. I'm logged
in to a domain normally with admin rights. I also tried to log in to the PC
as Administrator, but still no luck what is going on. I don't see any hints
on the KB928365 entry.

Try the windowsupdate group and search in there - there are lots of posts re
..Net problems
