Security update Downloads

Is there a directory with a listing of all the XP security
patches? Similar to what windowsupdate does, however in
the form of, I burn this to a cd, and take it with me to
patch some poor fools computer that hasn't been patched in
for ever?..

Or even better, is there something like a communulative
service pack? (like gentoo linux has)
