Security Tab

I can't see the security tab when I right click a file or
directory and then click on properties. I am logging into
my machine locally. Anyone know how/where I change this
setting ?
 
It's fairly difficult to set NTFS permissions on a FAT32 partition...

You cant assign security on Fat32 or FAT. You need to run
the conversion on your drive before those settings are
made available.
