Security tab on XP Prof folder properties missing

I recently upgraded from Win XP Home to Win XP Prof.
When I go into folder properties there is no security tab
like there should be. I am on the administrative
profile. Is there a way to turn this on?

1. Convert the partition to NTFS (if it's FAT32)
2. Disable Simple File Sharing

Go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View and uncheck
"Use Simple File Sharing" and click "Apply".

You need to be using NTFS and not FAT32 file system.
To check:
Open My Computer, Right click C drive, click Properties.
What does it say by "File System"?
