How do I access information about and change my security setting?

In Pro edition you can start with the Local Security Policy in
the Administrative tools. This does not touch on much of the
security of the system, for example NTFS permissions.
In Home, there is not much that you can do.

Greetings:

In Start Button\Control Panel\Folder Options\View\uncheck simple file
sharing (last value in the list) this will make the Security tab present in
folder properties

To change security settings for a particular user or group, check in Allow
or Denny on a specific right.
