Security Settings Groups

Got a problem with security settings being reset every 90 minutes on new and old groups. The settings can be set and after 90 minutes the security settings are set back to defaults without the inheritance check so the OU secuirty settings do not propegate down to the group. Now even a new group created in the same OU has the same affect after 90 minutes. We have created a new OU made a New Group in that OU and after 90 minutes the same effect. These groups are all global groups, we tried a universal and it was the same results. Any ideas would be welcome.

Sound like the group is linked to a security context that is part of
