I could not download any files. I am using IWin2000
server. I checked the security settings in Internet
Options. I set the level to Low and retried
downloads...no go. I then set custom level to allow
everthing...no go. I then discovered that everytime I
reset the Security Settings and click Apply/OK, the
settings go right back to Medium and all the toggles are
set to "Disable" on ALL controls. Everytime I try to
reset them, they just go right back to the way they were.
This makes it so I cannot download any files using IE.
Is there some sort of Win2000 setting disallowing me to
change my IE settings? This is my computer and I am the
administrator. I also noticed that all history (visited
sites, files, cache, etc.) is reset each time and I have
to keep clicking "yes" on security pop-ups.
Thanks,
Dave.
