Does anyone know of a tool (or a way) to scan my domain
and see what machines are not updated with the latest and
greatest security patches, service packs, etc? Thanks-

You can use MBSA to check remote machines. There are also network scanners such as
Languard that can do the same and you can try it for free. See the links below for
