don't use you "real email address" in the newsgroups, make sure your
antivirus program is uptodate -- I know norton catches and deletes them
automatically, and the antispam program isolates them -- the emails are
coming from other infected computers -- if you have no antivirus suggest you
get a "cleaning tool" from Symantec.com -- and make sure you are not
infected. remember -- MICROSOFT DOES NOT SEND UPDATES VIA EMAIL
