Security patches update failed

Windows 2000 box with Exchange 2000 would not update 8 security patches from
the windows update site. I called Microsoft support, they told me that they
corresponds throught email. I gave them my info, it's been 8 weeks and I
have not receive any email from them. Where can I find some help? Thanks.

I am not associated with MS and have no clue on what
happened for you.
I would call the MS Support number and I would let them
have one day to establish communications, not 8 weeks,
or else I would be calling again.

Try to download one patch and manually install.
This should give you more info why they don't install
