sir is it true that the security patch of microsoft for a
puter infection deletes and heals if there is an
infection to the puter

That's sort of a vague question, but I don't know of any MS patches that do any repair, they just block infection or intrusion of that specific vulnerability. If a computer is already infected, it requires either manual cleaning or most anti-virus programs with up to date virus definition can repair most infections.

No, the security patches are there to prevent possible vulnerabilities that
may occur. In the case of something like MSBLAST, the patch was there to
prevent the installation of such a file, once the file is there, the
patching of the OS would not cure the problem, it would still need to be
removed. However the patch would prevent the reoccurance of that same
issue.

The truth about security patches:

The ones making the rounds by email are viruses even though they make
various claims to do everything. Microsoft will not send any security
updates by email.

The security updates you get when you visit Microsoft web sites are fine- no
viruses.

The MS patches you download will not fix viruses. You need to run antivirus
software or patches from www.symantec.com for the specific virus you may
have.
