Security Issue

I have tried everything I know and looked everywhere. I may not be looking
for the correct thing. My problem is when I try to submit a form, I get a
prompt to log on. Our site recently upgraded to 2003 on everything and since
we did, none of my forms or confirmation pages will work. I cannot even send
as an email without the login popping up.

Any suggestions on what the problem is?
 
Make sure the _private folder has "server write" permissions set.
