security issue with W32.Netsky@mm Worm

The W32.Nestsky@mm worm has infected the Windows XP
Service.exe program. In running Fpot Anti virus, they
state they con disinfect the virus.

Can anyone suggest how to disinfect the worm from my
service.exe program
