Which Worm

How do you know which email worm has infected your
computer..mine emails online by itself every hour or so...
i've used the w32.swen.a@mm removel tool at Norton and
scanned with NAV 2004 (all updates) three times but found
no worm...I really need help...Colin

Look at Dumaru and Sobig. They may be problem.

Obtain, install, and use a good antivirus application. It will
identify the worm and probably tell you how to remove it.

Bruce i've used Norton,Avg,and the online one at
Trendmicro...still shows no virus...
