security error connecting to term serv

I am using win2000 server and have installed terminal
application services. I have installed MS office 2003,
Visual studio.net and Visual studio 6.0
When trying to connect to the server I get this error;

Because of a security error, the client could not connect
to the remote computer. Verify that you are logged on the
network, and then try connecting again.
