Anyone know why/how these gets created? Even better, since it's always
empy (at least mine is), how to stop it?

LOL. What, exactly? Empty folders that are intermittently created and
serve no use?

If you had replied, "Sorry, Jack, dunno. No one really understands most
of this Microsoft stuff, so my personal recommendation is that you learn
to live with it and stop asking questions.", I would have found your
post both honest and helpful.
