Security Certificate Expired

I have received the error "The Security Certificate has
expired or is not yet valid" when I've been to verious
websites including Expedia, and Bank One. It only happens
on this computer, It doesnt happen on my other computers.
Can someone please tell me how to fix it?
 
Disable certificate check. Go to Tools > Options > Advanced. Scroll down
to Security. Uncheck "Check for publisher's certificate" and Check for
server certificate". Click OK.
