Security and other users

This is my first time creating a database. I have a few questions and don't
know anyone I can ask.

My problem is how to set up security for 3 diffrent types of users:
administrator - open access to everyhting
mgr - all reports/ queries and enter/modify/ delete data
user- some reports/queries and enter/modify/ delete data

Also once this is done, do I just save the file on the server and they open
access and they will have access to the data? or do they need to long in?

Read it closely several times before starting, work with a copy of your
database (just in case!), and make sure you don't leave out any steps.
