Is there a possible way to display the "Administrator"
account on normal mode in Windows XP home edition?"
 
No. In XP Home, you can only access the built in Administrator account in Safe Mode. You can make it appear on the Welcome Screen, but you still won't be able to log into it, unless you're in Safe Mode.
