My internet security has detected and blocked an intrusion which says
"Invalid ICMP Code". The intruder is an IP address which when I try to get
more information on the IP address itself I read a message that states " the
IP address belongs to a computer on 'my local network" therefore there is no
public network or domain." It keeps popping up continuously and won't stop.
If I cancel it, another one pops up right behing it saying the same thing.
What does it mean by "local network"? And what does "invalid ICMP Code"
mean?
