Security Alert Certificate Warning

1/2 hour ago power went off.
i use ie6
when i restarted pc and surf the net i get them alerts.
like @ ebay i have to click accept maybe 15 times or more b 4 i can
get to site.
cannot go to micosoft update either.
i reset eveything i know of to *default*
i'm a 8 yr pc user on exp.
whats up with that.?

it's fixed ...
i believe the clock / etc was a miss.
i reset clock, then MS reinstalled some NET Frame work updates.
no alerts now.
