Securing attachments

Is it possible in Outlook to create an email with an
attachment and prevent the recipient of the email to
forward the attachment on to anyone else.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Not really when you think about it. Whatever rights management that is put
in place, would never stop the recipient from opening/saving the attachment
to the file system and then attaching said copy to a new message for
sending.
