secure web pages won't load

When I try to load a secure web page that I had loaded
the previous day it says it cannot find the page. When I
delete my temporary internet files the problem goes away.
This happens sporadically. Is there a fix so I don't have
to keep deleting my temporary internet files. I'm logged
on to the computer as limited user under Windows XP.
