Secure Sites Will Not Load

I downloaded the most recent IE patches last night. Since then many of my
"secure" sites will not load -- I just get a "done" message. Any Help -

I'm running Windows ME with IE 6 and Norton internet Firewall/Anti-virus

In Internet Explorer -
1. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
2. Scroll down to the Security Settings.
3. Make sure that the two boxes are checked that say
"Enable SSL 2" or "Enable SSL 3".
Try your secure sites.

Another thing you can try is:
Go to start/run
Type in: regsvr32 softpub.dll
Press Enter or click OK

The regsvr32 suggestion below worked for me. I've been going crazy for two
weeks, and it looks like things are back and working. THANK YOU !!
