secure site problems

i have tried numerous sites which require my e-mail
address but after entering my details and clicking the
screen comes up with amessage cannot find server.how do i
rectify this.it originally went to apage saying internet
optimizer but i have got rid of this only to get this
cannot find server problem.any help a help
