I need a way of saving a PowerPoint presentation in such a way that the
recipient cannot change the slides.

The file size is currently 85Mb

As usual I seem to remember reading about this a while back but cannot
remember the details.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Mark

Sorry blank post!

If you have 2002 /2003 PPT goto tools > options > security and set a modify
password.

Be aware that if recipients have 2000 or earlier the file will not open at
all!

An other option : save all your slide as images (jpg or png)
Create a new presentation with one image of the former presentation on one
slide of the second one. No one can change anything (but, no more
animation!)
