Secure logins on IE 6.0

Recently, when I have attempted to login to bank accounts
or e-mail sites, I receive the "Page cannot be displayed"
screen. My password and logins are correct, and my
keyboard is not on caps lock or anything. My security
settings also are the same as before. What could be the
problem?
