Secure Database Permissions

Hello again,

Well, I figured it out. I had to sign in as with admins
group to the backend as well to adjust the permissionins
of the group. Why I should have to adjust the group
permissions on the backend, frontend, and mde file? If it
uses the same mdw, shouldn't they all have the same
permissions once set under the frontend.mdb?

The .mdw file does not contain the permissions. It merely authenticates the
users and groups. Each individual .mdb or .mde file contains the permissions
peculier to it.
