Secure connection

Hi.

When i try to view pages over a secure connection (using
IE6) i am told "The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable.
The Web site might be experiencing technical
difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser
settings"

My computers Help and Support suggests i select SSL 2.0
and Use SSL 3.0 in Internet Options but they were already
selected and it doesnt have any other suggestions.

Any advice gratefully received.
