Secure a form

I have two groups 1-Admins 2-Users. I want the users in the USERS group to
beable to enter data into a form. However once the form is saved I DO NOT
want any member of the USERS group to beable to change the data in he form.
Please is this possible and if how?
 
In the form properties, you want to have the following settings:

Data Entry: Yes
Allow Edits: No
Allow Additions: Yes

The form will not show the saved records and is for new records.

Do you want your Admins to be able to change the saved records?
 
Thanks for the help!!! It was right on. Yes I do want to have the Admins
able to change the records.
