Table within a form

I have 2 related tables: groups and group members.

I have already created a data entry form based on using all the fields in
the groups table.

I now want to insert the group members table into the bottom half of this
data entry form.

I have tried several approaches without success.

Is there a quick and easy way to do this? Please provide details.

Create a form and bind it to your members table. Save the form and include
it on your other form as a sub-form.
