Section Breaks

Is there a function for section breaks in Excel as there is in Word that gives you the ability to changes fonts, margin sizes, etc. in the new section?

AFAIK such functionality does not exist in Excel (there is no such
think like section break in Excel)

Insert/Worksheet.

Gives you a new worksheet tab where you can change page setup options.
