Section Brakes acting up

I have an issue with section brakes. My document is acting like I have
selected the “Odd Page†section brake function when I have in fact selected
the “Next page†section brake. It keeps adding a blank page at the end of
all odd number page sections.
 
If your new section starts at 1, Word will insist on making it an odd page.
