Secondary zone not loaded after DNS restarted

Hi,
In my forest with two domains I set secondary zones for each other -
domain1.com on server2.domain2.com and domain2.com on server1.domain1.com.
They are successfully transfered. When I restart any of DNS service,
secondary zone for another domain is disappered, is not loaded. I have to
add secondary zone manually each time after server was restarted.

At the same time standard secondary zones not for AD-integrated zones are
loaded always. Why it could happen? I have W2KS SP4.
