Secondary monitor problem

I have a second monitor/TV and for some reason it doesn't show in the same size as the comp monitor (the image is too large for the TV. Images that are normal in the comp. monitor are much larger in the TV. I've tried to change the resolution in the Display properties, and the comp. monitor changes but not the TV monitor. Literally the image is too large in the TV monitor so it doesn't show the complete image, only a par of it.
I'm running Geforce ti 4200 and using the nvidia software.

Normal behaviour I think. 800 x 600 is the max. resolution output to a TV
given its limited resolution.
