I have 2 email accounts setup in Outlook. My most often used email account
is setup as my default address and I have a second address that is simply
the username for my service provider. I very rarely use this secondary
email, however some people do email me using this address so I have kept it.
Any time I reply to an email, Outlook selects the secondary account to send
the reply. I usually remember to change it over but occasionally forget.

Is there a way that I can set my default email account to be the one to
automatically reply to emails, or better yet is there a way to setup this
email account to receive emails only and not be able to send?

Set up the ISP mail account (on the ISP's web page) so that it forwards
mail to the desired email address. Then you can delete the ISP mail address
from Outlook.

in tools, accounts, configure the second account to use the first account's
email address as the reply to and set it to use the first account's SMTP and
include the correct log on for the SMTP.
