second user

on my outlook express, i created a new identity for my wife.
mine works just fine, but now on hers(the second identity) she can send
emails, but nothing shows to her inbox... any ideas?

Did you get another email address from your ISP for your wife?

i am not sure..(how do you do that?)
but she is able to send just fine
 
Did you setup a Secondary Account for her? If not:
Go to: http://www.comcast.net/home.html
On the left side click My Account and sign in with your account name and password
when prompted. You only need the account name and do not have to include
@comcast.net with the name.
Click Create Additional Email Accounts to set up a new email account username/pw for
your wife.
When finished sign out.
Set up her account in OE with the username/pw you created at comcast.

You may create up to six additional user names (email addresses)
associated with your account. To add a user name:

Step 1: Select the My Account button from the top of the Comcast.net
Start Page
Step 2: In the EMAIL SETTINGS table, select Create additional email
accounts


Note: You must be signed in with your Primary Account in order to create
Secondary Accounts.
