Second Quick Launch Toolbar Wanted

I want to add another custom toolbar to the task bar but when I do the
icons are very large. I want them the size of the quick launch tool
bar.
Can I somehow resize the new one or can I make another quick launch
bar with different icons and name?

Just right click un a blank area of the task bar and then select Toolbars>
Desktop. you can customize it to your heart's content and add as many as
you like.

Right click on the Toolbar, click View and select large or small icons.
