Second PST File for Contacts

OL 2007
I need to keep a second set of contacts (a volunteer data base) that at some
point will be handed off to another person. My first thought is a second pst
file, but I'm confused as to how to set it up, and than how to jump back an
forth between the two.....one with my personal email and contact and the
other with the volunteer contacts.

Is this the best way or is there another?

You might want to use Catagories in your origonal Contacts data to keep them
in one place.

If it any time you need to hand these Contacts to another party, within OL
File>New>Data File
This will appear as a second set of Personal Folders within your OL folder
view.
Simply copy the contacts from your origonal folder to the new
Then close this set of Personal folders, close OL, locate and copy this data
file to wherever

Actually I have them in a contact folder now, but how do I get that locate
and copy the field to give it to somebody else?

Sorry, can't think and type at the same time....how do I locate and copy that
file so that I may hand it off to someone else?

If you check properties of the Personal Folders, it will give both path &
file name
Be aware the default location is hidden by default in Explorer, you have to
enable show hidden
By default the OL data file is named outlook.pst, a new data file will be
named outlook1.pst and so on
