I have a Dell Inspron 8100 running XP Home. I wane to add the sceond monitor
(Dell) and mount it to the celing. I need to rotate the info 180 degrees as
I will use the table mount that came with the monitor screw it to the
celing.

CTRL+ALT and Arrow Up, or Down, or left, or Right.

The first question should be *can* you do this. The answer is maybe. It
depends on your video card.

Try holding down the Ctrl and Alt keys, and pressing the arrow keys.
