second hard drive

really i have 2 questions
1st how do i get all my data from disk 1 to the new one
2nd can i use the same os on both drives currently using xp home on the first
 
One way to transfer from one disk to another like you want to do is Drag and Drop. You will have to buy another copy of XP to put on the 2nd disk.
