Second Hard Drive

How can I get spyware to scan my second hard drive (E)?
Which is my boot up drive. When I run it, it always
scans my (C) drive. Which I use now as my storage
drive. Any help will be thankfull

Open Microsoft AntiSpyware, on the scan page, choose scan options > Full
System Scan > check the boxes below then click on the (folder Plus sign
icon) beside "Scan drive/folders", you should then see a listing of drives
folders you check to scan then press OK > then click Run Scan Now.
