second hard drive

Start/run, type DISKMGMT.MSC
Rightclick that drive icon, to see what options are available (partition?, 'Initialize ? etc)
 
Hi,

Click start/run, type diskmgmt.msc and click ok. What does the disk manager
tell you about the drive? If this is a new drive, you must first use this
utility to partition it before you can format it and use it under Windows.
