Secedit runs on login

Can anyone answer this question:
Why do I sometimes see a DOS box popup running SecEdit
when I login locally to a server. Doesnt happen all the
time, just occationally.

There was a virus a while back that exploited it. If you have ruled that out I would
check for startup scripts that may have been implemented via Group Policy machine
configuration. --- Steve
