Searcing a free control used in Office 12.

In Office 12 word ( beta version) when we write some text and then
select these text then automatically a context Popup appears that have
contains some action item that can we use for manipulatin the text
,such as change the font size,style ,color etc.
This context Popup also
showing fedding efect,that is when we move mouse far from written text
context pop gradually fedding and lastly it will disappear
